There is no cost to the customer for the return label when the return is eligible under this policy.

Zaaviya does not charge customers for return shipping when using the return label provided by us for an eligible return.

7. Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the issue where possible.

Once we review the issue, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
